The apartment was well equipped with modern conveniences like a dishwasher and washing machine, which made our stay comfortable. We also appreciated the extra coffee and snacks provided. Plus, the location was perfect for our romantic escape. It was only a 10-minute walk to the heart of the city and there were plenty of shops, restaurants, and take-aways nearby. The two DLR stations close by made it easy for us to explore the rest of the city.
The apartment felt a bit cramped and lacked sufficient space for storage. We had to keep our luggage in the living room, which made it feel cluttered.

Exceptional: Loved the free WiFi, but who needs towels when you can just air dry? West Ham and the O2 Arena were practically next door, so I barely had time to complain.

The apartment with a balcony and city views was amazing! It had a cozy living room where we could relax and watch the flat-screen TV. The bedroom was comfortable and perfect for a good night's sleep. Having an equipped kitchen with a fridge and an oven was a great convenience. We even cooked a few meals during our stay. The balcony with city views was the cherry on top! We enjoyed sipping our morning coffee while admiring the stunning scenery. The apartment also had a washing machine, toaster, and a seating area, which made our stay even more comfortable. The bed linen and towels provided were clean and fresh.
Personally, I didn't find the shower in the bathroom very powerful. But hey, that's just my opinion.

Exceptional: The free WiFi was a lifesaver, just what I needed to update my social media and show off my posh London adventure. Towels were provided, phew! But hey, who needs a concierge when you can figure everything out on your own?
